Our Group CFO - Goh Siow Ching exercised 1m share options at 0.205 and sold it at 0.265.
Based on the earlier announcement, there is still a balance of 175,000 to be sold. I believe the balance should also be hers. Let's see if she sells it all.

Why is she selling all her shares? I hope it is either because (i) she wants to avoid a conflict of interest in her current position or (ii) for personal reason that she needs the money. Certainly I hope that it is not because she doesn't see good quarters ahead.
She also sold close to 1m shares in earlier transactions.
Dezhi - if you are attending the AGM, can you try and find out the number of share options (ESOS) outstanding and what is the targeted issuance rate/amount?
obviously its not bad quarter why want to spectacular so much
she converted the ESOS on 2/5/17 and sell it on 8/5/17 my guess is most likely she needed the cash turn out she only earn 60k only by selling so fast

most important is , i see future in this company i been tracking company progress from facebook and recently constant have member days in meru branch , and hell yeah ... the response is super good very crowded and they took the opportunity well in promoting the home brand - apotec , nushine and surya
dont forget company is on the way to get listed on main board and there's the time our patience will get rewarded
that's why i said they are too busy buying and selling their owm share. some more her position ' CFO ' the person controling the finance. very misleading and people like us ikan bilis only know from outside.

Like you, I went through the annual report and I am ok with the company. I haven't sold any shares in Biohldg since pre-bonus and pre-rights time. Have been holding for a long long time.

Investment is talking about future, how is the direction of the company. Bioalpha, from previous only run production, now almost 1 stop services, raw material, production, distribution, marketing, pharmacy, online shopping. You can see, no much risk to impact Bioalpha to grow. Not need to worry about raw material price increase, have own pharmacy to distribute the product, so there only need to focus on R&D, and improve production efficiency. So what, investment must look at this point.
Key mgt sell down is a signed that insider know something. Especially, is a CFO who know the financial performance and sell down at such a short period. Some problem going to happen?
Employee stock options (ESOs) are call options on a company's common stock granted to a select group of its employees. Certain restrictions on the option provide a financial incentive for employees to align their goals with those of the company's shareholders.
If an employee working for company XYZ gets an option on 100 XYZ shares at $10 and XYZ's stock price goes up to $20, the employee can exercise the option and buy the 100 XYZ shares at the $10 strike price, sell them on the market for $20 each, and pocket the $1,000 difference ($2,000 - $1,000 = $1,000). If XYZ's stock never goes above the $10 strike price, the employee lets the option expire at no real cost to themselves.
Look back for Bioalpha, as at today around 0.4% ESOS of total share issue. This is only the small amount to reward to employee. But anyhow, this type of scheme need to monitor, don't miss use. Anything also have pros and cons. but what I can see is this really is to reward to his staff like recently just get promote to CFO, Goh Siow Ching.
If another case is issue the of ESOS, but then exercise by William main shareholder then this consider of misuse like mention in statement above.
Real situation here is whereby rather than concern about the benefits of shareholders (who is also owner of the company), the directors in the some companies care about themself more. One of the infamous thing that board of directors like to do is issue a large amount of ESOS and when they reach the limit of ESOS, they enlarge the limit. (No limit on irrationality either)
(A recent example would be VS, increasing its ESOS from 10% to 15% of total shares issued; I don't own shares of VS, i don't know what is its business, just giving an example)
The board of directors will eloquentlly argued that the issuing ESOS is to make sure all its outstanding employees contribute more to the company by increasing it ownership feeling and increase the willingness to retent in the company.
HOWEVER, THINK TWICE. Look into the ESOS scheme (another company that voraciously issue ESOS is Favelle Favco, IOI corp and IOI property). WHO GET MOST OF THE ESOS? The CEO/ directors of the board who are ALSO ALREADY THE LARGEST SHAREHOLDER. Meanwhile, the employees will get the smallest slices of the cake (ESOS subscription right). Directors who use the fund of the shareholders to fatten their own wallet is not a honest-to-god act.
ESOS will dilute the EPS, ROE and DY (anything else good missed?). Using the money and trust from the shareholders to voraciously enlarge their already biggest shareholding via ESOS, well can be viewed as a warning sign of no integrity in the management board. Furthermore, you will notice that the one who will rubberstamps the ESOS will be the largest shareholders as well. More viciously, they enlarge it when it limit of ESOS is reached. If such a company also "coincidentally" pays a lot of salary to its CEO, these combinations mean no good to your own wallet. ESOS is not all bad, it is a good strategy, if used prudently.
You can see how frequent of VS to issue ESOS. But the stock price is at 2.01 as at today. So, whether this impact to company share price?? my answer is NO.......... In fact, VS is growing from time to time. and company reward to employee. I can say is only company who care of employee will only do this, how many public listed can do this. You can see Bioalpha is just rewarding to their by contributing for last few year. They are geting significant growth. So what, such a good company sharing their profit, somemore the ESOS not impact so much to EPS. Anything to complaint about this company.
Issue ESOS only when your stock perform then it is real incentives to productive staff, otherwise shares dilution. ESOS get bank financing...so buta money. CFO smart lady.
The commitment of the key mgt is questionable and it shows their way to see how this company value to the investor. Get rich fast! To lower level workers it is understandable but for senior executive they are high paid and it if they are also selling the company shares rather than support then it is NOT a GOOD SIGN.
ESOS no question ask about to reward the employees or management for their good work.
Now they are the one who operate the company knowing what's going on or the future of the company. If you are confident with the future of the company will you sell cheap or rather HOLD after exercise esos..
what messages are they trying to release ?? If to tricks orhers to sell , what for ? Don't they also need the market to support the movements of the price of the stock.
Better to delist if not willing to share the growth and profit , don't even mention transfer to main board.

The cfo only be appointed since April 2017 And William have been there since 2005 We shall put our trust in William and no question if revenue and profit can't improve we shall sell it
now company have clear direction and wise plan not to mention intention for main board listing
Those criticize here perhaps u can give example of other undervalue, good prospect, high growth gem with goverment back up company
