- THE ARTICLE TITLED PERAK TRANSIT TO MAKE ACE DEBUT PUBLISHED BY THE EDGE MALAYSIA (WEEKLY ISSUE) DATED 3 OCTOBER 2016 ("ARTICLE")
(Unless otherwise stated, the abbreviations used herein shall have the same meaning as those stated in the Company’s Prospectus dated 15 September 2016 in relation to the Listing)

Reference is made to the Article. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Perak Transit (“Board”), TA Securities Holdings Berhad (“TA Securities”) wishes to clarify the following information mentioned in the said Article:

1. Perak Transit received financing facilities from Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad (“Bank Muamalat”) of up to RM10 million for the Group’s working capital, instead of RM10 billion as stated in the Article. The source of funds which is used to disburse the loan to the Group is via the Investment Account Platform which comprises contributions from depositors and Bank Muamalat;

2. The Combined Bus Services Sdn Bhd, a 99.89% subsidiary of Perak Transit agreed to purchase the two parcels of land measuring 3.72 acres in Kampar, Perak for the construction of its Terminal Kampar for the purchase consideration of RM1,296,344, instead of RM1.62 million as stated in the Article;

3. The Terminal Kampar will have building platforms, bus loading/ unloading bays, hotel rooms and hotel facilities such as lobby and events hall, cinema and entertainment outlets, car parks, sports and fitness club and dental specialist centre;

4. The Perak Transit Group currently operates a total of four (4) petrol stations, comprising one (1) Shell petrol station located at Lahat; one (1) Shell petrol station in Tanjung Rambutan, one (1) BHP petrol station at Terminal AmanJaya and one (1) Petron petrol station at Lubok Merbau, Kuala Kangsar all of which are located in Perak, instead of several Petron petrol stations in the state capital as stated in the Article;

5. The oversubscription rate of the 58,000,000 Public Issue Shares made available to the Malaysian Public was 19.83 times, instead of 9.83 times as stated in the Article; and

6. The collective stake held by four (4) IPO promoters and five (5) shareholders is 78.56%, instead of eight (8) IPO promoters and major shareholders as stated in the Article.

In the prospectus , under dividend policy. The director has intend to reward 25% from profit as dividend. Say every quarter earn minimum 2mil Profit after tax, 4 quarter is 8 mil. 25% of 8 mil is 2 mil. and 2 mil divide say 300mil shares.. one share earn 0.007.. if u divide 0.007 over current price thats 3.7% yield per annum...
