Answer me this question : Why is he buying more from day to day, “averaging up” (in quotes on purpose… it’s a common investing term, not sure he uses this phrase) instead of buying one huge chunk when it was below RM1?

Those purchases take his holdings up to 8.28% now.
I suspect there was pre organised buying and selling at 1.10 to 1.14 yesterday (Monday 7th), as it had that look to the trades in the afternoon, so perhaps we may see another purchase announcement from him this week.
