For Karim to sell as such a low price, something ain't quite right. Simple logic, if SIR is good surely warrant price will shoot up, selling before SIR out can only mean SIR is not favourable. Think with your head don't follow your emotion.

Yu_and_Mee When major stakeholder especially CEO, COO or CFO selling their stakes in huge, this means something not good. But if they are selling warrant in huge, is that also considered not good sign?

To me, yes. It means they may have predicted or know, the mother price will not move up too much already.
Take example: Serbadk-wa = 0.07 now. Mother share 0.35 now. Warrant ex-price = 2.62. (Maturity date = Dec-2024, still so far away from now).

If you are so confident about company future, and mother price will be above 3.00, will you be selling now at 0.07? Instead should you buy a lot at 0.07?
If you buy at 0.07, by the time mother price at 3.00, then warrant should at least worth 0.38. With investing 0.07 now, by 2024 to get 0.38, it's a net profit of 4x (price up 5x). If invest 2m, will get profit of 8m. Why not?????????

Have you ever see any CEO, CFO, COO who keep selling huge warrant after warrant listing?
- Yes, Kpower and SCIB.
- Other "good" companies? Nope.
- Selling until all out? You have the answer.

Anyone see VS COO, CFO or CEO keep selling their warrants in huge?????????

But, there might be exception where they need money for personal investment which is higher than keeping in warrant. This is possible too.

He is privy to what is happening how is he allowed to deal, when outsiders don’t know what is happening! This is unacceptable! That is why I think the trading should have been suspended until the report is out. That way effort would have been made to expedite the report. As it stands insiders trade knowing the outcome one way or other.

So only way to get personal cash is to sell warrant
