SIR is not favorable to SDK though much watered down from KPMG's version!

No way another accg firm will go 180 degrees to what was previously done by another!

The impact of these shenanagan dealings at SDk will be revealing...soon SDK will be taken over by another and SDK will have to drop it's suit on KPMG!

Jokers maintain an orderly market ….when was it orderly? As soon as all thsi came out it has been nothing but orderly! The insiders have been trading mostly selling their shares without any recourse.

karim already went in record as reported by focus malaysia this morning..to state his case as far as warrants selling is concerned with the following 2 key points..

“My warrant disposal is to take advantage of it being traded at premium and shouldn’t be conceived as I harbor intention to exit the ship which I took so much sweat, tears and blood to build … I will make sure the ship continues to sail in the roughest of seas,” he told FocusM.

“Rest assured that I shall channel proceeds from the sale of the warrants to acquire the mother shares…Despite the turbulence, it’s still very much BAU (business as usual) at Serba as our current order book stands at RN18 billion".

We have to give him the benefit of the doubt and accept what he says for now, until the SIR report comes out and trading resumes after the suspension is lifted, most likely next week.

The suspension is by Bursa. Hence Bursa must have been briefed by EY on the SIR . Full BOD meeting will be called to see whose head will roll.
