Karrrem stated in the news that the SIR and annual report will come out on time (good news previously)
but why the disposal of warrants and suspensions will happen now?

This is only my guess:
1. the SIR may not be able to be completed and released on time (in October)? Or the SIR really a bad? Afraid the price will be declined gau gau after this month, would like to prevent such thing happen then suspend is the way to keep the price. It seems that Buullsa is a good man to "maintain the FAIRNESS", why not the reason behind is that Buullsa already knew something? "he" doesn't want the counter to sink. So, "he" knew the counter will sink? prevent this because so many "go", "po" and hidden "su" are inside there

(a) make an announcement on the findings from the Factual Findings Update on the Special Independent Review by 26 October 2021;

(b) announce Bursa Securities’ directive immediately; and

(c) impose a suspension of trading on SERABDK’s securities on the next market day after the directive deadline, in the event of non–compliance to the directive.
