The 1st half of the journey has been completed. End November 2021, will to be known to all and there will definately be a tremendous amount of disbelief to many and vindication to a few.

CEO Karim is not out to prove that he is a winner, but what he wants is justice and fairness. Hence, please be patient.

However, the work is not complete and is far from over. Some of the key actions (you can refer to my chat history) remains unchecked, so we can look forward for greater times ahead. All will be sorted in due course.

Note : TP1.00 is not CEO Karim's target.

Serba Dinamik said what really transpired was that three of its independent non-executive directors had attended the presentation by the special independent reviewer Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd (EY) on Oct 21 in the presence of representatives from Bursa.

3 INEDs and more than 1 Bursa Reps. Jom beli popcorn.

I suspect that too. This gentleman always come out with Serbadk update in details. SD need someone here to talk nicely about SD when someone say something about SD mah. SD sure need to employ some public relation officer who know share well mah. This is understood. That is why i said just see what Pearl white mentioned for SD update mah

Abdul Karim ikrar pulihkan saham Serba Dinamik

Sementara itu, Bursa Malaysia telah bertindak menggantung dagangan saham Serba Dinamik pada pukul 2.30 petang Jumaat sehingga diberitahu kelak bertujuan mengekalkan ketenteraman dan pasaran adil ke atas saham tersebut.

Sebelum digantung, saham Serba Dinamik menyusut dua sen atau 5.41% untuk berada di paras 35 sen dengan 105.18 juta saham didagangkan ketika pasaran ditutup 12.30 tengah hari Jumaat.
Waran syarikat itu pula susut 0.5 sen atau 6.67% untuk berada di paras tujuh sen dengan 16.31 juta sekuriti didagangkan
.
Pada harga saham 35 sen, Serba Dinamik masih memiliki permodalan pasaran kira-kira RM1.3 bilion berdasarkan saham terbitan syarikat sebanyak 3.71 bilion.

Semua ini didodong oleh pengumuman syarikat mengenai tindakan Abdul Karim Abdul Karim akan melupuskan waran 21.58 juta waran pada 18 Oktober lalu, diikuti 34.2 juta pada 20 Oktober dan 123,600 pada 21 Oktober.

Keseluruhan waran yang dilupuskan ini merangkumi kira-kira 6.34% daripada jumlah waran kumpulan.

Sementara itu, Abdul Karim memiliki pegangan langsung sebanyak 786.38 juta saham atau 21.2% dalam Serba Dinamik setakat 4 Oktober 2021.

Seriously, they need to hire SMART people, this is an advice for all GLC company too. Look at bluechip companies, those who succeeded are the one hired smarties without looking at their background and paid them well, not just hiring kampung people without strong qualifications. And the management need to listen to ADVICES. Why? Do you think people will work for you if you donot respect them? You hire them just to wipe your ass? No! Smart people help to growth your company and prevent bad situation happen，not just open mouth to eat. They may compromise something and try to fit into culture or ways you doing things, but when you come out something that will drag all to hell, they will advice many time and resign if feel unappreciated, completely different than what you called loyal but low ability followers. Hire smart people if you want to success, especially when you want to walk out from Malaysia. Thanks.

aiyoyo, let talk about sejarah China again, you see why dynasty Tang destroyed and replaced by dynasty Song and then dynasty yuan, and then dynasty ming and then the last dynasty qing leh. you see see the last king of every these dynasty, they have 1 same similarity i.e. not capable loh.

By right bursa will approve the 1 month extension for scib. Since bursa also allow sumatec to extend until from last year until this year. Additionally, bursa just approved Serbadk extension. If bursa no approve scib one then even more weird.

What do u think EY can achieve with another month of extension? I don't think will have much to see with 1 month extension either. I am sure karim will miss another month extension too.
