But did he forgot the Serbadk was suspended not because of not releasing the findings? Is because of suspecting insider trading prior the release of findings. At this point, bursa doesn't violate any SOP.

The whole suspension come aftee karim sold his shares. What's to blame/sue then?

Indeed it is!! People never beg the question why Bursa used the phrase

"Factual Findings Update" not "Special Independent Review" which they have so often used.

Was it deliberate from Bursa? Or Was it EY (now there's the question who actually did the finding).

The suspense is killing everyone!

It is so unpredictable & full of uncertainties.

When someone's creditability & integrity is in doubt and all eyes are on him for him to clear the clouds, he instead choose to take action to those regulators & independent auditors, then the common business sense will tell you something not right.
