SIR release also useless, they rather sue Bursar instead of release SIR, so it is confirm that SIR got shit, which bank will lend money.......Maybank...the officer approve it may end up in MACC later, who willing to approve the loan...

The main allegations in Serba's OS against Bursa are:
- Bursa instructed Serba to appoint Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd as a special auditor to conduct a “Special Independent Review”
- Bursa cannot exercise a purported power to direct Serba to appoint a person (Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd) who is not an auditor

The case will be thrown out because:
- The “Special Independent Review” is not an audit
- The selection and appointment of Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn. Bhd. was decided by Serba's Board itself
- Serba stated that 'EY is fit for the engagement as they are a reputable “Big 4” firm of auditors'
- While Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd does not perform financial audit, some of the partners will likely be chartered accountants

You people are hopeless. When someone says your god is fake, your brain gets messed up.

Suspension is due to Karim selling warrants when he gets the SIR report. Immediately Bursa locked up SD.

If Karim release SIR report and he sells all his shares in SD, Bursa don’t care a bit.

To Bursa who has a copy of the report and attended the meeting physically, the SIR is deemed Factual and must be released publicly. Who is in a better authority to decide this than Bursa.

All these problems since June are self inflicted by SD.

That’s the summarized fact.

SD not stupxd, they fully aware the consequences of sue Bursar, sue auditor, exDirector....it is near to impossible to PP, RI, refinance 1.7 billion short term debt, where to get working capital, sub contractor also not dare accept their job.

It is almost certain a GG company, I believe SD fully aware, they just drag drag, for what leh.
