I expect Shafee is not working on a "no cure, no pay" basis given the minimal likelihood of any success. Imagine what his daily fees must be with all the litigations his team is handling. Given SB's dire financial situation, the cases may be dropped before anything is really brought to court due to lack of funds.

Don't think too much, If A/C has no problem, things will resolved long ago, but now it's the opposite pessimistic situation, that is why so many drama sue cases..

The false will eventually appear in reality, the dust will return to the dust, the soil will return to the soil, and all thing will return to the dust...The facts cannot be changed..

Even if sb is released ( but it is impossible ), it won't help. the bank no more lend $. The stock price is worthless, will cause Margin call again, ,and may no longer be able to repay the debt..

SIR is gone, the final chance for SD to prove itself clean is gone, same applicable to the share price of SD as well.

I personally doubt if any accounting firm is now dare to accept any job request from SD, SD’s reputation is considered down to drain, following the latest drama development.

it is very likely that the current auditors of SD will be seriously thinking of resigning to get out of this mess before they ( the present auditors ) will be sued by other stakeholders and investing parties even by SD itself.

Would they ( the present auditors ) dare to give a clean report despite of all these already '' proven irregularities " ( circumstantial evidence ) and the substantial evidences concluded by KPMG and EY Consulting ?

I bet the present auditors are under tremendous pressure to address the above current teething issues ? Basically , how to give a clean audit report on something that is not physically there at all while majorities are dummy and phantom .............

3. No New loan refinancing and New placement to settle loan on maturity
4. Default is imminent
5. Receivership is triggered
