Serba currently suing Kpmg, suing Bursa, suing EY.

Makes existing shareholders worry now about:

1. Can serba submit audited accounts by next deadline 30th Nov?

2. Serba want to appoint a new auditor firm for SIR or not agreeable to SIR?

3. When Bursa would uplift the trading suspension?

3. Everyday from today waiting until Dec next month on status of earlier ‘missed coupon payment’ - hope ‘default’ could be averted by then

Very sad situation …. Can someone convince the shoplot chairman & karim on why SIR was deemed necessary by Bursa?

Lessons of Bilis the bird

Once upon a time, there was a contrarian sparrow, named Bilis, who decided not to fly south for the winter. However, soon the weather turned so cold that he reluctantly started southward.

As of june 2021, SD reported asset 8.56B, liability 4.67B. If those 4.6 B asset of trade receivables, material stocks n else are fake, SD is basically doomed.

In a statement, Serba Dinamik said that the coupon payment due was approximately US$7 million (RM29.15 million). The coupon payment for the 3-year, US dollar-denominated sukuk was due on Nov 9.

Not meeting dateline is a reflection of the management.
Also a reflection of how bad cashflow is ie cannot pay coupon or pay purchase of RM24 mil.
With debtors of almost rm2 bil, cannot even collect to pay coupon and purchase price. Good indication of quality of debtors.

Haha Good Morning Stocksafeplayer!

Mabel slept like a baby. Very please to see many of you here also slept like a baby. Many thanks to Mummy's bedtime story when Mabel was a little gal.,

Likewise, 2-3 years from now, many of you will thanks Mabel when Serba breaches above i3 Target Price.

Haha it's not easy to sepak Mabel as Mabel has got many handsome boyfriends. Since last week Mabel was busy with my Hong Kong handsome boyfriends. Hong Kong got Leslie Chung la, Kris Wu la, Eddie Peng la, Donnie Yeh la, Jackie Chan la, Chow Yun Fatt la, Nicholas Tze la, Jackie Chung la and many more.

So happy that Hong Kong was up by 180 points and Hang Seng closed at 24,996. Yesterday Hang Seng continue to climb 80 points and closed at 25,327.97. Managed to lock some profits. Very productive day. Got chance to dance with Hong Kong handsome boyfriends some more.

Life is really beautiful.

小股东监督机构总执行长迪瓦尼山对于世霸动力可在最后期限前委任外部审计师感到高兴，并认为，公司和审计师现在应该努力在10月31日的最后期限前发布经审计的财务报表。

“尽管Nexia SSY的知名度可能不及4大会计师事务所，但该行已注册在审计监督委员会（AOB）下，该委员会旨在促进高质量的独立审计，以提高对公共利益实体的审计财务报表质量的信心。”

他认为，Nexia SSY应该可以与其他公司一样完成这项工作。
