Since SIR is out, trading suspension should be lifted.... what is Bursa waiting for? SC should take action immediately... Now gotta see if the 2 high profile INEDs may resign cos their reputation are at stake if SD is guilty of wrongdoing....will Nexia resign too? A few possible reactions... wait and see.

SIR is unofficially out via court filling. Serba needs to officially release it, that is why Bursa file a court order to force Serba to release it.

Haha, finding from EY submitted by Bursar and EY to court is not fake ...lol, lose until forget your mother name...EY finding is consistent with KPMG. Lol, unbelievable. Still can't accept the 100% loss....lose in bursar can kill a person....sad case.

（吉隆坡25日讯）Serba Dinamik Holdings Bhd二度申请延迟发布截至2021年6月30日止财政年的年度报告，但遭大马交易所拒绝。

根据报备，这家油气公司表示，已于11月23日再次要求延迟至12月31日，这是由于外部审计师变动和国内外行动限制令的影响，导致无法按时敲定纳入年报的经审核财务报表。

“基于会计和审计准则，本公司认为应给予审计师充裕的时间，在不受干扰及时间限制的情况下，履行其法定职责，确保审计师能够有效和充分地进行审计工作。”

然而，马交所在翌日拒绝了该集团的申请。

Serba Dinamik表示，将就马交所拒绝其申请提出上诉，并将适时作出进一步公告。

马交所于10月25日批准Serba Dinamik延至11月30日发布年报。

须注意的是，Serba Dinamik将财年从2020年12月31日止更改为2021年6月30日止。

另外，由于无法提供由安永进行的特别独立审查结果，Serba Dinamik自10月22日暂停交易，最后报价为35仙，市值13亿令吉。
