Serba already suspended months already. Yet still got so many promoter promoting non stop. This mean the hidden hand at serba pay promoter very well. I hv never seen so much promoter in i3 forum b4 except here... Newbie beware ya

Actually bursa already have some case study for this kind of audit issue. The possible outcome is very obvious.

There are some company not managed to come out the AR on time and request for extension. Finally they managed to submit on the very last day of deadline. The company able to survive from suspension but the price never go back to last high.

Another company is they miss few times of the extension and still not able to resolve the audit issue. At the end, the company keep continue suspend until no tomorrow.

So if serbadk miss this last extension already then is consider game over already in bursa market. The company might still survive but on stock market is already game over.

Audit accuracy is dependent upon information provided by all relevant parties.
If SD does not provide fully disclosure then how can EY do a proper job.
Please note that EY had mentioned that SD was unwilling to disclose information and EY had to go to SC to get info.
Whatever discovery made by KPMG and EY whether complete or otherwise need to be disclosed as it will affect market price. More so in this case as SD was not willing to provide info.
This is in the interest of all shareholders especially insiders have been transacting in the shares with unfair advantage of knowing the report on the SIR.

Maybe best just get Ms Pucat aka Pearl White to sign off SIR and AR.

When all signs are there showing cancer, the patient and those surrounding people will never believed.

SD and promoters will never want to accept it.

Then more serious symptoms appeared like inability to pay coupon and complete purchase of building of rm24 mil which is only a very small percentage of debtors outstanding.
Patient SD should be ICU.

Of course, SD cannot accept fate and promoters cannot accept the lost of a loved one.
Patient SD also ask for blood transfusion from relatives like SCIB and Kpower. Now both relatives also affected by blood poisoning.

Death is only a matter of time now.
Hopefully, relatives do not face the same fate soon.
But poison is very deep now

Hahaha, delay again. How come so many big international companies can complete their audit despite travel restrictions but Serba cannot? International travel restriction at most quarantine 3 weeks only, how come Serba need extension 2 months? Talk until so nobel, uphold compliances with accounting standards, give auditor adequate time... One of the qualitative characteristics of accounting is timeliness! If simple requirement like issue annual report also cannot do, how to execute those "billion dollar projects"?
