Everyone including untie uncle knows the risk of investing in share trading... But if someone who cheat and lie to investors, you think this is unethical or you think this is just a bad luck to those untie uncle... Those untie uncle only wanted to earn some extra cash for them to buying foods... Probably the only safeguard to you as investors is the reliance on the professionism and independence of the external auditors to leave no stone unturned to save your butt.

Without them as watchdogs ,you are forever the losers...you should thank KPMG and EY cons in this case...

Seeing that the A/C and stock price is not much value, banks must have taken the umbrella, relying on borrowing $ to do big business may not be able to overcome this problem..

I don't think able to repayment the Bonds due....Ten bottles with three caps, no able to cap the bottles...common sense.

The ending will be known in two more days, and SD will not be able to repay their debt....

根据报备，这家油气公司表示，已于11月23日再次要求延迟至12月31日，这是由于外部审计师变动和国内外行动限制令的影响，导致无法按时敲定纳入年报的经审核财务报表。

“基于会计和审计准则，本公司认为应给予审计师充裕的时间，在不受干扰及时间限制的情况下，履行其法定职责，确保审计师能够有效和充分地进行审计工作。”

然而，马交所在翌日拒绝了该集团的申请。

Serba Dinamik表示，将就马交所拒绝其申请提出上诉，并将适时作出进一步公告。

马交所于10月25日批准Serba Dinamik延至11月30日发布年报。

须注意的是，Serba Dinamik将财年从2020年12月31日止更改为2021年6月30日止。

另外，由于无法提供由安永进行的特别独立审查结果，Serba Dinamik自10月22日暂停交易，最后报价为35仙，市值13亿令吉。
