- Restructure company to greater heights - more contracts/projects, focus on customer.
- Founder's legacy 1 - removed margin call risks till 10 sen and before completion of SIR.
- Manage cash flow and forecasts.
- New financing initiatives will not involve Private Placement. and Rights Issue.
- EY will provide finalised SIR to Bursa.
- Bursa to request SD to announce SIR findings.
- Complete 2020 audit and annual report as planned.
- Complete 30/9/2020 QR within time frame or earlier (1st draft out by 21/10/2021).
- Group meetings with asset / fund managers together with re-rating agencies. Initiate re-rating process..
- Meeting with current financiers. Initiate re-rating process.

Satellite business, massive big investment. Need to build a rocket to shoot/fire the satellite to space. Rocket has to be manufactured in the US. Yup timeline is about three to four years. Any funders to support their newfound business? Hopefully the funds are not from Bolehland coffers.

I think repayment can be renegotiated under agreed condition. Most important is sustainability of the business. Most of business now is affected by shortage, inflation and previous MCO.

Watched a Bernama's video on SD....how Dat Karim started SD humbly in Bintulu... started education and training arm to groom his freshies and employees.... he looks like the humble, honest type.... it is unimaginable that the boss would commit fraud to end his good work and reputation...if at any point, he felt compelled to do wrong for whatever reason, that would be lamentable for those who loved and trusted their employer....hope he has always been what he was... and clear the current mess soon.
