habis serbadk, as long as the SIR is not released Bursa won't uplift the suspension. The court case can drag till very long, poor retailers now really have to play long term.

How long more to wait? till next Jan22, Jun22, Dec22?

SERBADK - CONTINUED SUSPENSION OF TRADING
SERBA DINAMIK HOLDINGS BERHAD

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 25 October 2021 granted SERBADK an extension of time of 1 month from 31 October 2021 until 30 November 2021 to issue its annual report that includes the annual audited financial statements together with the auditors’ and directors’ reports for the financial period ended 30 June 2021 (“AR 2021”) pursuant to paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Main LR”).



However, SERBADK has failed to issue its AR 2021 to Bursa Securities for public release within the extended timeframe i.e., 30 November 2021, pursuant to paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main LR.



Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(5) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 5 market days after the expiry of the relevant timeframe stated in paragraph 9.23(1) of the Main LR or such extension of time granted by Bursa Securities (“Relevant Timeframes”) (the last day of the 5 market days is referred to as “Suspension Deadline”), in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, Bursa Securities shall suspend the trading in the securities of such listed issuer. The suspension shall be effected on the next market day after the Suspension Deadline.


In view of the above and in the event that SERBADK is unable to submit the outstanding AR 2021 on or before 8 December 2021, trading in the Company’s securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 9 December 2021 until further notice. However, as the Company's securities have been suspended from trading since 2.30 p.m., Friday, 22 October 2021, the suspension of trading will continue until further notice.


Pursuant to paragraph 9.28(6) of the Main LR, if a listed issuer fails to issue the outstanding financial statements within 6 months from the expiry of the Relevant Timeframes, in addition to any enforcement action that Bursa Securities may take, de-listing procedures shall be commenced against such listed issuer.

Remember with all the troubles Serbadk Pe is 4 and Nab 1. Real or not will have to wait for QR
and Audits Not according to SC Deadlines. It is like cooking rice. Serbadk needs to wait for 10m. Not the 2m as demanded by SC. Cooking the books or not will only be revealed (hopefully)
AFTER the QR and Audits are completed. If SC demands anything earlier when QR and Audits are works in progress SC is BULLYING Serbadk. Serbadk deserves BILLIONS as compensation.

Based on timeline, i think SC investigation should be concluded anytime.

So, definitely delisting wont need 6 months from 30th Nov.

It stated clearly that EY found the same issues as KPMG with doubtful transactions amounting to RM1.4bil. Isn't this the nail in the coffin?

From day 1,I already mentioned that no matter which auditors are engaged to succeed, it is very difficult to counter the initial irregularities detected by KPMG who did an excellent job then.

Basically ,it is the final and last nail to the confin to be buried forever..

Wake up for those who are still delusional and self deceiving .....
