Today is the last day for bond coupon payment. Tomorrow news will be out about Serba defaulting on their bond. No use to delay the reports or sue everybody. Defaulting on the bond will be their downfall

Under pressure

SC is under pressure to lift the suspension fast but SD is taking its own sweet times to delay and procrastinate with more and more legal recourses.

It is clear that SD has no intention to submit the AR in time or subsequent time frame.

Now then what SC is going to do about it? The suspension can not go on forever. As a regulator,SC must exert its authority to enforce compliance of MMLR.

We can set aside AIR as it is now subject to legal jurisdiction but submission of AR is the focus now.......

No submission of AR, No lifting of suspension. Its a waiting game now ......Even squid game,there is a time frame
