The proposed sale of identifiable assets can barely meet all the SD's hefty secured debts.

The said proposal is merely to calm the creditors so that they could accept the scheme with some repayment through sale of assets while the majority of balance would be repaid over a longer period through revival plans...

Do you think SD would be profitable again without the making "wonders" again?

Floating Charge is a "Kill All" solution now compulsorily practised by all banks.
If the tea lady leaves her Kotex on the company table, said Kotex belongs to the company Serba and is covered by the said floating charge.

ipso facto the disposal of said Kotex for hormone extraction, the proceeds will be defacto covered under floating charge utilized to pay outstandings not necessarily related to the tea lady.

This is compulsory jail term and compulsory whipping under Penal Code.

those BAs and LCs are a totally separate line of fraud prosecution.
Its done independently of other criminal charges laid.
I just saw some cases recently won by Malaysian Banks where fraudsters were jailed and whipped.

Bros,what makes you think that the secured debts must be secured on fixed,floating ,blanket charge.etc?

SD is a berhad and its debts can be secured on" corporate guarantee " and or " directors' guarantee " which are far more valuable.

It is common to borrow money with corporate guarantee alone without other forms of charges.

To avoid liquidation, thats why SD is prepared to pay off the secured debts partially by disposing off some " identifiable assets" in a bid to pacify the hostile secured creditors in the creditors meeting.
