Secured creditors can recover their money faster through liquidation than the scheme of 100% repayment which will take donkey years.....

On the above basis ,it is unlikely that the secured creditors would accept the scheme..Hence,appointment of liquidator by court is unavoidable...

This will be the thing, either you believe or not their plan as someone might think if there already have such plan, you won't wait until the debtors to sue you with desperate move of selling assets. Any mishap will only mean another batch of casualty, one batch on 1.60 crashing down, one batch all the way to 0.35, one batch crashing till 0.22-0.06, so finally, will this another batch of 0.15++ be luckier, surely we have those still holding on each different batches previously..........
