Losses from operations, investors can put in money... if turnaround is possible.

SD is different:

1) Confirm fraud
2) Default Bond
3) Default Loan

Anyone of the reasons above, SD will not get new funding and new projects.

QR commentary other than stating mathamatical variance from last year Q and last Q makes to attempt to explain how come continue to do business with negative gross margin.... there were better off not engaging in work altogether.... half if not more from middle east... which is now cash rich due to high brent

Market already expect this QR will be negative, nothing special. In fact, Serba account has been frost for so many months, -400m is way better than Sapura and Capital A.

That's why Mabel said it need at least 2 years as we dealing with super heavy battleships... so you need to give them time to make a complete turnaround..

For some reason, SD had no problems with its business back in 2020 when Covid-19 was rampant and many international borders were closed, in fact its Q4 2020 recorded SD's highest profit of RM202 million since the first day it was listed on BSKL back in 2016 but the numbers severely swindled down ever since KPMG raised red flags against them in May 2021.

31-03-2020 - RM 134 million
30-06-2020 - RM 148 million
30-09-2020 - RM 148 million
31-12-2020 - RM 202 million
31-03-2021 - RM 113 million
30-06-2012 - RM 15 million (sudden big drop after KPMG raised red flag)
30-09-2021 - RM -42 million
31-12-2021 - RM -290 million
31-03-2022 - RM -434 million

SD has made a profit of almost RM1.9 billion since
30-09-2016 but RM766 million has been wiped out from its three most recent QRs.

SD's only saving grace at the moment is if all the bankers unanimously agree to its repayment scheme proposal tomorrow.
