So, why is the oil price still rising despite an expected increase in production? There are several reasons contributing to the current rally:

The spot price of oil (the price of physical oil rather than oil futures) is very sensitive to current supply and demand, while the increased output only comes into effect in July.

China has eased some lockdown measures in Beijing and Shanghai, leading to increased demand.

There is some speculation that most OPEC members are already operating at maximum capacity and it may take some time to increase that capacity.

The pandemic severely disrupted the supply chain for oil, and these disruptions continue.

This is the same reason I said this ConMabel not qualified to promote stocks.

Since last year.. most experienced investors are staying away from Glove counters.

Folks, nothing is ever linear. The global stock is pulling back due to the following reasons;

1) Rise in interest rates
2) Fear of inflation and increasing cost affecting companies margin.

All these due to rise of Oil and Gas prices too. The energy counters will eventually stabilise to pace up with commodities run. Dow and Nasdaq has pullback but Feds will intervene to stabilise the world economics eventually...

Rise in interest rate to curb inflation is unavoidable. Too much money is chasing too few goods. No choice, Consumers are discouraged to spend to avoid further inflation. Rise in oil and gas is inevitable but the demand of oil and gas is increasing pushing higher price for oil and gas . All these would not benefit SD as its operation is facing standstill due to lack of further funding. SD is destined to be doomed

Both of our support levels were taken out yesterday following a gap-down move.

The FKLI Index is now approaching the Nov-20 low at 1,449. A very mild bullish divergence signal was spotted in the near term although any short covering is most likely to be capped given overall selling pressure persists. Bias remain downward.
