They are doing well and will continue to do so. They are entering into 2nd phase of growth. You can seek clarification from the Company for the upcoming AGM on 31/3.
Hopefully the stock really moving up this round of revival...Covid has stopped certain uptrend...but with Australia and UK handling COVID well for now....Hopefully this counter can gradually move up.

This counter is picking up slowly and it has kept on dropping since the 1st listing at Bursa until today. It has started making good profit of RM190 million since financial year ending in December 2019. Any of my friends can tell me what is the IPO of this counter listed in 2017.

BUYASSOCIATION UK. on the 11 of March 2021 said that UK housing market price forecast to see strong growth in coming years. The company has made RM82 million of profit for the financial year 2020. Since the date it was listed in Bursa in 2017, it has gone up to the highest price of RM1.36, the closing price for today is 55.5 cts, I opine that there is a big room for the counter to go up and up. IPO price is at RM1.20 and we buy at discounted price of 55 cts should consider to be cheap. hoping it will go up slowly and back to the IPO price, many old investors holding at this price still suffer from losing money.

Total issue of WA is 960 million. for conversion of WA into mother share, it still has one year plus to go, the exercise price for the conversion is RM1.45, if let say, one thousand of 7cts of share are acquired from the market today, the total cost for the WA to be converted into mother will be RM1.52. currently, 80% plus of WA are held in the hands of 30 largest shareholders. in the event that the Directors are interested in converting their WA into mother share before 4-4-2022, they have to work and cooperate together by pushing the mother share for more than RM1.52 and above, then they only can make gains from the WA conversion. If we buy the mother share now at 56 cts and the Directors have the intention to push the market price for more than RM1.52, for those who purchased the mother at earlier date at the price of 56 or 57cts, these early birds will definitely make an excellent profit. On the other hand if the Directors are reluctant to help pushing the mother share up to the sky high, all WA holders shall not have chance to convert their WA into mother share and their WA will become scrap paper after the expiry on 4-4-2022.If the share price does not break RM1.52 and you insist to exercise your rights to convert WA into Mother share by topping up another RM1.45, undoubtedly you will be suffering from losses. There is still an ample time for you to consider as whether mother share is good or WA is better. Hoping all investors in this counter will make good profit in time to come. Hi All, be it warrant or mother share, we will be equally pleased if they gradually rise up to IPO level...Long term holders know how torture for all these years since 2017 to see it drop bit by bit, which got worsening during COVID.
We hope slowly the up momentum can keep on until it break the IPO price in near future...
What will impact of Forex on Earnings of EWI be. The Pound has gradually strengthened from 5.20RM to almost 5.80 RM in last 12 months. Anyone any clue how it will impact their P&L for next QTR or previous Qtr.? Appreciate some insights.

The BtR projects is not easy because you need the backing from the institutional investors. But from the annual report for FY21, it seems like they are going to secure a BtR project soon.
Previously many analysts were less sanguine of EWINT because of less projects after 2022. But check again from the annual report 2022, we can see many new projects launched by the Group in Millbrook Park, Aberfeldy Village, Barking Wharf, Kew Stadium, Action Lodge, Jubilee, Two Bridges. The rate of replenishment of new projects is getting faster
Ewint was listed on 3/4/17. AGM is 31/3/21 and close to 4 years of listing with bulk of the projects as in the prospectus already completed. This is time for Tan Sri Liew to excite its shareholders what they have delivered and how he going to bring it to a new level of growth
I guess With some of the positive input like shortage of home supply for their local, extention of stamp duty exemption, low interest rates, low down payments (5%), hongkee migration, vaccination progression, targeted 10 free trade port, Free trade agreement with many regions, participating in semi final/final of European Cup and competing to host 2030 World Cup and with the company proven result and aggressive in their new venture (whether B+R, JV or own development of new project expansion in just within 3years and 10 months as what warchest had mentions). Beside that I personally feel it really need a very strong team to be able to sail through so many turbulent and yet still progressing and delivering a good end result. Hope everyone here can made some fortune and grow their wealth here.

Not exactly true as it hasn't taking account of few billion of recognised cash in JV entities mainly in Ballymore. Strong GBP meaning there going to be more RM to be remitted to EWINT.
Tend to agree with Warchest views. More $$ to remit back to shareholders for dividend with strengthening pound.
Secondly if BtR is the rage for future growth, EWI doesn't need so much funds tied up in borrowings as BtR (investor) funds the progress of the development in staggered amounts until completion; unlike non-BtR residential units, where balance 90% only paid upon completion. Funds can be tied up for years (until completion).
Thus gearing improves and this should give impetus for EWI to release funds for more dividends as announced earlier/many times in past.
Absolutely correct with warchest comments on GBP exchange and with their lower gearing they can planned for better dividend and expansion of development.
