What I do is to categorize my portfolio into 3 categories to priorities my engagements:

1. Buy and Engage - short to mid term
2. Buy and Hold - mid to long term
3. Buy and Forget - long term

One of the reasons I have a selection is because I usually leaves something on the table as Tips whenever I sold my stocks. I don't usually sell all my holding when I upgrade the stock to Category 3. If the stock is back on momentum, I will start accumulate back. It’s a cycle repeat...

The Fed says 6 more rate hikes in 2022 and 4 in 2023.

I guarantee you it will go lower than 2.00. Bet my ass on it. Proven share prices for tech stocks move inversely to interest rate increases.

Stay away if you dont want to lose half of yr money.

Also what kind of investor based their investing decision solely on one indicator (US interest rates).

To see if minimum wage affects Greatech, have to know the percentage of employee earns between RM1200 to RM1500.
If only 5% of employee is in this category, little to no effect.
If 95% of employee in this category, material effect.

Greatech doing well it seems :)
