Siewkuan, not every counter like gloves, after bonus will drop. Tech counters for example like Dufu after bonus few rounds also up a lot. Buy half before bonus another half after bonus if u worry

（吉隆坡15日讯）阁代科技（GREATEC，0208，创业板）宣布，获得证监会批准转板马交所主板。

阁代科技今天向交易所报备，2019财年审计后净利达5427万3000令吉；而2017和2018财年净利，皆在2000万令吉以上。

这符合公司3到5年净利总和至少2000万令吉，及最新财年取得至少600万令吉的转板门槛。

同时，该公司的公众持股率约达29.33%，有5011名公众股东，分别超过25%和1000人的门槛。

另外，按照6亿2600万已发行股本及9.10令吉的参阅价，公司市值达5亿7000万令吉。

根据先前文告，该公司预料可在今年末季成功转战主板。

阁代科技于去年6月上市创业板，首次公开募股（IPO）发售价为61仙，在不到一年半的时间内股价上涨了1254%。

今日闭市，阁代科技报8.26令吉，涨16仙或1.98%，成交量140万2400股。

该公司今日发出文告指出，在本月15日及今日，分别获得证劵监督委员会及大马交易所批准转板。

另外，独资子公司Greatech Integration私人有限公司，从现有顾客手中赢得新订单，使订单总值从2亿6690亿令吉，激增到3亿6920万令吉。

文告指出，此合约可为今明财年贡献盈利；根据现有的订单，该公司积极看待下财年的业务表现。
