Entitlement : 9/6
Payment : 22/6
If you have not sold your share by the end of 3/6, and sold after that eg 4/6..., you will duly receive your dividend on 22/6.......

@ Sapodilla Ex-Dividend date is 5/6 instead of 4/6. You will be entitled to the 2 sen dividend as long as you do not sell until at least 5/6. Wouldn’t it be better to sell at RM2 ? ;-)

Can I ask what is your selling strategy?

With Ex date around the corner on 5/6, what is the selling strategy?

1. Sell before dividend (bcos demand of stock is high to the run up of dividend?)
or
2. Sell after dividend (collect dividend of 0.02 per share + take profit/loss depending on price of share after ex-date).

Of course, the 3rd option is to collect dividend and sell at annointed TP. That's having the cake and eat it too. But I think that rarely happens?

This stock has no luck for time being.
Start to move up north, brokers cap the margin value for all glove stocks. This poor sentiment affects this stock.
Hope lucky star will shine on this stock soon.
