I notice that some of you have visited matrixcool thread as suggested by me for sharing about disciplined trading and charts reading/interpretation. That's good. Bros Mike and Matrix offered help and suggestions of different types.Both are extremely n equally important.

The following comments by Matrix is extremely helpful in share trading:-

Lock in more than 10% profits. If u see how i
trade i alway lock in profits when opportunity arises"

Therefore,we have to lock in profits (up to your appetide %) when there are profits to be made.

And also to cut painful losses :-

Still, the most important is when the trade is against
us..must able to take the pain n cut losses. Take ur
Losses early n try to ride on winners as long as u can
by setting Trailing Stop. I am sure u v be making $$$

Hepi, I'd prefer HARTALEGA rather than KOSSAN, HARTALEGA is the pioneer in nitrile glove making some years now. All glove making companies would benefit from strong US currency and pay fairly good dividends
