bursastockdummy ... zigzag play sounds like subwaves play to me on intra-day chart ! eg u see a BIG green candle on daily chart but if u look at a 5min chart, u will see 5 waves (1st wave UP 2nd wave DOWN 3rd wave UP 4th wave DOWN and 5th wave UP) hence the 'zigzag' pattern if u like .. so, the intra-day players will take advantage of 2nd wave DOWN to get in and ride till the 5th wave UP for that thin margin .. how to recognise the 5th wave ?? normally u will see a negative divergence on the momentum indicator between 3rd wave UP and 5th wave UP ... when this happens there shall be pullback and consolidation before the next 5-waves cycle IF the trend is UP on the daily :) hope it makes sense ...
