Telcos have not up their game during this year long MCO! I am quiet surprise! As if they sleep through the whole year not realising how data is now as importance as water and electricity!
Today, getting 50GB data a month is quite laughable! But this is what telcos have been promoting in Malaysia! Shockingly ignorant!
However, TM has stumble upon a game changer! And with RM79 unlimited data package, it's a sold out everywhere! Provided you have the coverage or course!
Installing fibre is expensive job! Installing 10k fibre a day is next to impossible! However, getting 10k subcribers daily for unifi air is a breeze! All you need is a tower and kaboom, you have new subcribers running to your door!
And strangely Digi Maxis Celcom have yet to see the gold pot at the end of the rainbow! Is is because they don't have the network or they have limited fibre hubs!
What i see is that, TM may become very big in near future if they continue to set up tower and tower of unifi air all over Malaysia! Unifi air is a game changer! Whoever aggressively push it will be rewarded handsomely!
