Secondly.... management is requesting for the extension of ESOS for another 3 years .... which is a joke really !!! With this performance all ESOS shd be cancelled and re-issued after the capital reduction.... lastly, being sued by KWAP..... which is pension fund !!! In the commentary management sates that..... Conversion:

After 30:1, share price rocket/adjusted to 30c.
A crook holding lots of shares at 30c, will quickly dump all.
And when price is drop to 10c, the syndicate will lobby to do RI @5c, 3 new shares for existing 1 share. After scooping enough shares at 5c, the "short selling" operation is complete. A few more RI/ESOS/PP, NOSH will balloon to 5b again. retailers are the poor victims. SC should limit RI or PP to once every 5 year, on condition there is no qtrly loses in between.

MLAB was 30:1 chop-head in Apr 2024. Hardly 2 months,start to print 250m toilet papers. The share was pumped up from 15c to 38c followed by toilet papers printing announcement.
Now @13c, all the way plunged from 34c , condolence to the victims holding toilet papers. This is the first batch, batch B,C,D toilet papers to follow.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce the following:

(i) the Company had on 31 July 2024 received a notice dated 26 July 2024 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia confirming that on 23 July 2024, all the requirements with respect to the reduction of share capital of the Company, as stated in the special resolution dated 7 June 2024, have been complied (“Notice”). Congrate to those buying XOX @1.5c now.
Your holding cost will be 30x1.5c=45c after ex.
The expected first day trading after 30:1 ex is 15c
You immediately lose 66% based on your holding cost of 45c.
As at Aug 22th,2024, XOX price is 22c. ...50% wipe out, even if you on long term buy
