The Property Development segment generates maximum revenue for the company. It offers their services to the People?s Republic of China and Hong Kong region.

LBS performed extremely well in 2023 (EPS 7.70cts) as compared to 2022 (EPS 6.73cts) and 2021 (EPS 5.13cts). It declared 2.45cts for Y/E 2022 and 1.85cts for Y/E 2021. Quite likely the Board will declare 3cts for Y/E 2023 or a little higher than that. Good yield counter.

0.80 is next soon as most developers has gone up high in their share prices...LBS has been a laggard, and management and owner have done a very good job by acquiring stocks to boost share price in the future...this is a 1.00 share moving forward when property recovery is gaining strength...

Stay strong fellow investors in this turbulent times in the Middle East.
LBS might be smaller compared to its other peers such as SP Setia & OSK, but they are nonetheless still a formidable and well managed company with good P&L, Bal. Sheet & Cash Flow.
At the moment, LBS share value is considered undervalued. Its fair value is estimated to be around RM 1.20-1.50. So it is a good opportunity now to buy up as much as possible, at its lowest point.
LBS is considered an underdog among its peers with very promising future if it can pull off the Waterfront Project @ Melaka,
