Business Background Integrated Logistics Bhd is Malaysia-based investment holding firm. The company is engaged in provides warehousing and related logistics services. In addition, the company also operates a solar power plant, and provide consultant services. It operates in three segments namely, Warehousing and related value-added services comprise of rental of warehouses, handling and providing logistic solutions which also contributes a major part of revenue; Freight forwarding segment comprises of the sea and air freight forwarding and shipping agent services and Transportation and distribution segment comprise of trucking and container haulage services. Most of its revenue comes from the China market, while it also has a presence in Malaysia.
