Its segments consist of Property development and related activities that include the development of mixed properties and its related activities; Leisure that operates resorts/hotels, golf course, and theme parks; Investment holding invests in subsidiaries and property investment; and Educational provides educational services. Majority of the revenue is derived from the development of mixed properties.

I guess MK Land will be one of the bidders that qualifies and fulfill these conditions and hence would be considered more favourably in the bidding process.
