QSR Brands Bhd is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, operates three segments: Restaurants, Integrated Poultry and Ancillary. It operates quick-service restaurant enterprise, namely Pizza Hut, KFC, RasaMas and Kedai Ayamas. As of December 31, 2010, the Company had 220 Pizza Hut restaurants in Malaysia and 49 in Singapore; 515 KFC restaurants in Malaysia, 10 in Cambodia, 77 in Singapore and nine in Brunei. It also operates 39 RasaMas restaurants in Malaysia and three in Brunei, and 49 Kedai Ayamas stores across Malaysia. In addition, the Company is also involved in poultry production and processing, as well as a host of ancillary businesses, such as vegetable farming, baking and sauce production. It has a number of subsidiaries, including Pizza Hut Holdings (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, QSR Ventures Sdn Bhd, Kampuchea Food Corporation Co Limited, SBC Coffee Holdings Sdn Bhd and Sterling Distinction Sdn Bhd, among others.
