("OFI"), the indirect subsidiary of MMH; (c) the acquisition of 3,600 ordinary shares in GENT by Heptagon Oppenheimer Developing Markets SRI Fund, a fund which is managed by OFI Global, the indirect subsidiary of MMH; and (d) the acquisition of 7,600 ordinary shares in GENT by MassMutual Strategic Emerging Markets Fund, a fund which is managed by OFI, the indirect subsidiary of MMH.
