("OFI Global"), the indirect subsidiary of MMH; and (c) the acquisition of 8,800 ordinary shares in GENT by MassMutual Premier Strategic Emerging Markets Fund, a fund which is managed by OFI Global, the indirect subsidiary of MMH.
