("OFI Global"), the indirect subsidiary of MMLIC; (b) the acquisition of 12,100 ordinary shares in GENT by Osool/SIO Bahrain Emerging Markets Equity Portfolio, a fund which is managed by OFI Global, the indirect subsidiary of MMLIC; and (c) the acquisition of 43,700 ordinary shares in GENT by MassMutual Premier Strategic Emerging Markets Fund, a fund which is managed by OFI Global, the indirect subsidiary of MMLIC.
