AMBB is a subsidiary of Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad, which is in turn an indirect subsidiary of Malaysian Plantations Berhad ("MPlant"). Temasek is deemed to have an interest of approximately 30% in the voting shares of MPlant. 2. Disposal of 32,600 shares for discretionary mandates of KLCS Asset Management Sdn. Bhd. ("KLCSAM"). KLCSAM is a subsidiary of Kuala Lumpur City Securities Sdn. Bhd., which is in turn a subsidiary of AMBB.
