Shares were also sold for Mdm Lim Mee Hwa's (Mdm Lim) personal dealing accouint and the proprietary account of YCMPL.Mdm Lim has 50% shareholding in YCMPL. YCMPL has voting control over all of the listed shares except those in Mdm Lim's persoanal dealing account. Mr. Yeo Seng Chong is deemed interested pursuant to Section 8 of Companies Act 2016 through his 50% shareholding in YCMPL and shares held by his spouse Madam Lim Mee Hwa.
