Bhd. ("SPSB") in Fututech Berhad's Rights Issue (2,947,000 shares). SPSB is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tinggi Murni Sdn. Bhd. ("TMSB") which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of EOPD. EOPD has an indirect interest in Fututech Berhad by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through TMSB. Dynamic Degree Sdn. Bhd. ("DDSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Eastern & Oriental Berhad ("EOB") has an indirect interest in Fututech Berhad by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, 1965 held through EOPD.
