SPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Aerospace Manufacturing Pte Ltd (“SAM”) which is in turn a wholly-owned subsidiary of Accuron Technologies Limited (“Accuron”). Accuron is a wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”). SAM is deemed by virtue of section 6A of the Companies Act to have an interest in the shares in which SPE has an interest.
