Dover Investments Pte Ltd, an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”), holds more than 15% of the ordinary shares in SCPLC. Accordingly, by virtue of Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act 1965, Temasek is deemed interested in the shares held by SCPEL.
