Tucson’s deemed interest in the 421,939,707 AMH Shares representing approximately 8.11% equity interest in AMH arises by virtue of its 100% direct equity interest in East Asia Broadcast Systems Holdings N.V. which in turn has a 100% direct equity interest in EABNS.
