Reason	Goh Geok Khim ("Goh") holds shares representing 15% or more of the voting rights in GKG Investment Holdings Pte Ltd ("GKGI"). GKGI holds shares representing more than 15% of the issued shares of G. K. Goh Holdings Limited ("GKGH"). GKGH's 67% owned subsidiary, Ample Echo Limited ("AEL"), had on 2 June 2006 purchased 40,000,000 shares in the capital of Eastern & Oriental Berhad ("E&O"), representing 16.5% of E&O's share capital. E&O's 79% owned subsidiary E & O Property Development Berhad ("EPD") has a wholly owned subsidiary, Samudra Pelangi Sdn Bhd ("Samudra"). Samudra holds 5,894,000 shares representing 10.04% of Fututech Berhad ("Fututech")'s issued share capital. Goh thus has a deemed interest in 10.04% of the share capital of Fututech. EPD also holds 8,723,000 shares representing 14.85% of Fututech's issued share capital. Goh thus has a deemed interest in 14.85% of the share capital of Fututech. Goh thus has a total deemed interest in Fututech of 14,617,000 shares, or approximately 24.89% of the ordinary issued share capital of Fututech.
