Public Bank (PBB) wishes to announce that all the 6 ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 22 March 2018 were duly passedby the shareholders at the PBB 52nd AGM held today, Monday, 23 April 2018.

All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Messrs. Deloitte Enterprise Risk Services Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineerappointed by PBB.

The details of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
