Tekseng : I have stock-alert for this one since RM1 broken ... now it is back to base, 35cents level. If we like it fundamentally, it would be good to start to collect during bearish market.

Note : I do not agree in buying TekSeng, such a down-trending ... but there are many out there still STUCK up there ... and wondering if they should average it down? ridiculous.

If those who are stuck, not wise to average down, what is the better option ?
