(Icon) Comcorp (7) - Very Good Result. Chun Chun Call...
In my previous article dated 21 November 2016, I stick my neck out by doubting Comcorp management's claim that the weak July quarter result was due to industry slow down (weak demand from oil and gas clients). I pointed out that it was more likely due to seasonal factor.
Today, I feel vindicated. Comcorp released its financial result for the quarter ended 30 October 2016. The result is very satisfactory. Actual EPS was 3.5 sen. After excluding forex gain of RM0.3 mil, core EPS would be 3.3 sen.
Based on annualised EPS of 13.2 sen (being 3.3 sen x 4) and latest share price of 76 sen, the stock is trading at prospective PER of 5.8 times. In my opinion, the stock is undervalued at current level. The latest quarter EPS was arrived at based on USD : RM exchange rate of 4.10. However, USD has recently strengthened to 4.46. With almost its entire revenue denominated in USD, coming quarter results will likely be even stronger.
Based on conservative prospective PER of 8 times, I believe Comcorp is potentially worth RM1.05. If you are looking for export exposure, this stock is not a bad choice.
I did a quick check of its balance sheet. The group has cash of RM34 mil and total borrowings of RM57 mil. As such, net borrowing is RM23 mil. Based on net assets of RM126 mil, net gearing is 0.18 times only.
Definitely better than DRB Hicom, Perisai, MP Corp, or Binapuri...

Most of the times, I check his stock selections, most of them are lousy stocks in term of fundamental. In term of TA, they are down trending. I just keep quiet because I do not like to attack any writer in I3.

And these syndicates are also here in i3 Forum
They will use multiple entities (paid to post) to highlight a stock. They also go to Companies and get secret information ahead of others. For some they even encourage the issue of bonus issue, share split & warrant. They engage & bribe media to do misleading glowing write ups (These media people know nothing about Share Investment. They write what they are told as money passed under the table.)
And for Calvin they use fake id to attack Calvin.
They keep attacking Calvin with fake id all the time to create confusion.
A few of Calvin non performing stocks like Mp Corp, Bj Corp, Mulpha, kbunai and others are brought up over and over again while Calvin's great picks are slammed down

latest result showing:
-revenue and NP keep growing marginally even shipment to O&G sector remain sluggish.
-balance sheet keep improving.
-valuation is cheap.
-renewable energy business going to make contribution in very short term.
to be fair,comcorp's result was quite good,but i am wondering why so many people still bad mouth here,maybe their are trying to weight down share price again so their can buy at better price?

Icon, when you wrote an article, you should criticise the company, invite criticism for company that you intend to buy the shares yourself. Judging from other's person criticism, then you can decide whether you want to invest in the company yourself or not even if other people do not want to invest in the company you took the trouble to write an article. This is how you collect salary (their criticism) to make money for yourself in the stock market.

Icon: a company that will last is a competitive company, if it is a competitive company its cash should be more than debts, not Based on net assets of RM126 mil, net gearing is 0.18 times only. 0.18 is wrong figure, assets depreciates with time and more debts than cash in the company do not allow the company to acquire more assets than before over time. So, what is the big money burner in the company, the employees and directors, to pay employees, the directors play shares price up down, to swinder from innocent shareholders with your help of course by pretending as a pig to work for the snake instead of the rightful shareholders.

with that kind of assets RM125 million you can only generate 1 million or 2 million or 3 million kind of net profit per month, don't you think this is so useless kind of company.

The 3 million is an error I wrote. If you see icon's figures, the highest net profit over the last 5 years for one quarter or 3 months is 6 million.
This company with RM125 million profit mostly incurred losses and most make 1~2 million per month for the last 5 years in each month of the last 5 years. See for yourself, Icon's figures, brothers and sisters, will you?

About 2 million per month of net profit because 21 million/12. Company to sector wise, comparing tech companies, this one comcorp is a very old company, but is it the smallest peanut in the whole world in this field, whether it is sector wise or field wise, in terms of everything. A worm is also good in some ways, there is one good, but you omitted all the bad things about this company and ask i3 investors to commit suicide for your sake. One good thing but 10 thousand bad thing is still a bad thing for a company. Talk fool or talk stupid, who is stupid, I remind you I am very stupid, you have to be even more stupid than me to convince me because I am very very very very stupid.
