The main culprit that will bring down HK is the property market. For the past decades, HK people only focus on playing in the property market and did nothing else!!! HK has nothing else except the English common law and the property market to support their economy!!! Once China "cold storage" HK, the prop market will crash like hell. That's why Lee Ka Sheng is moving out to play safe, MNCs are moving their regional office to SG or Shanghai...sad...
