Qcapita人事大变动，要来的始终都来了，Qcapita股东注意了。uncle jim从Qcapita的announcement发现，数位directors退位，换上新人了，主要原因当然是MRCB的入主啦，一朝天子一朝臣，这是一定会发生的事，难道用别人的兵打战吗? 可是管理层的素质，直接影响一间公司的成败，现在唯有时间才能透露到底Qcapita将成龙或成虫。

更换director名单：

Ann Wan Tee Appointment Director He joined MRCB in May 2013 as the Chief Strategy Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he was the Chief Financial Officer / Finance Director of Gapurna Strategic Alliance Sdn Bhd from June 2012 to May 2013.
Wen Khai Meng Resignation Non-Executive Director -
Mohd Imran Mohamad Salim Appointment Director He joined Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB”) as Group Chief Operating Officer on 1 Mar 2013 and is currently an Executive Director of MRCB.
Dato’ Mohammed Bin Haji Che Hussien Resignation Chairman -
Chong Lit Cheong Non-Executive Director Resignation -
Kwan Joon Hoe Director Appointment oon Hoe is currently a Chief Operating Officer of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB”). He joined MRCB as Senior Vice President of the Group’s Property Division in January 2014 before assuming his current position in MRCB.

这很明显了吧，刚上任的directors都是MRCB的相关人士，而值得注意的是，新上任的MRCB代表都是年轻才俊，Kwan Joon Hoe与Mohd Imran Mohamad Salim 33岁，而最年长的Ann Wan Tee不过才44岁。
