对不起了各位，迟来的weekly update，刚从香港回来，迟些会share有关那的发现，hehe，最新的情况是，REITs dividend yield进一步下挫至6.03%，相比起上星期的6.09%，下挫了0.06%，而其实大马10 years bond yield只是下挫了0.02%，REITs yield下挫幅度比bond yield大，however，还是位于合理范围2-2.5%内。
