传马银行拟发12亿熊猫债券

（吉隆坡12日讯）《彭博社》引述知情人士透露，在2017年7月进行首次发行后，马来亚银行（MAYBANK,1155,主板金融服务组）计划本月回到中国熊猫债券市场，筹集资金20亿元人民币（约12亿令吉）。
知情人士称，20亿元人民币的发行，将包括10亿元人民币1年期票据和10亿元人民币3年期债券。
知情人士表示，中国国家开发银行、汇丰、工商银行和法巴是此次发行的安排行。
马银行的代表未及时回复询问。
马银行曾在2017年7月首度发售10亿人币3年期熊猫债券。
